We all have parts.

You’ve heard someone say, “A part of me wants to leave this relationship, but another part of me wants to stay”. You also have parts that show up differently in different spaces. The part of you that goes to work, leads meetings and gets projects done is not the same part of you that reads a bedtime story to your child at night.

What is IFS Therapy?

IFS “Internal Family Systems” is a model of therapy that views all people as having system of sub-parts that are protective as well as wounded inner - usually younger - parts. This system is led by a core Self.  By gaining insight into what these parts are protecting us from, we can gain self-compassion and heal those parts of us that are carrying emotional wounds.
